- I suddenly feel the intense desire to unleash a heavy sneeze from my nose, and it forces me to quickly get up from the bed. Using my left hand to obstruct my nose, I sneeze loudly, but then an extreme sharp pain fills my head, forcing me to wince and fall back down against the bed, groaning out and struggling to regain control of myself.
