• This journey back home brought a sense of relief to Chloe. Although she didn't talk much with Darren, she knew Chloe was safe, especially with the two guards she overheard speaking to Chris. It meant the right people surrounded her.
• "You rest," Darren said as they arrived at Chloe's house. She gave him a faint smile and carefully got out of the car. It felt so relieving to be standing in front of her front door.
