• Because of what happened in the pack for the past two days, there wasn't joy in the pack. People fear for their Alpha. They knew how much help Jaylen's ruling had given to the pack. None had threatened to invade their pack. They all fear for the mysterious lycan hybrid. Allison has already done her hand work to spread rumours that Sam has already tied the Alpha's soul with her soul. Once she dies the Alpha dies. This made them hate Sam so much. Everyone was praying for their Alpha's recovery but they wished Sam would die in her sleep.
• Everything going on also affected Sam's parents. None in the pack wants to associate with them. In fact it was told to their face that except the Alpha recovers none in the pack will have anything to do with them.
