• "She has already been claimed, Chris Reynolds," Alex hissed. "SHE IS MINE! Looks like the Silver moon Alpha is eager to have a mistress despite being a newly mated wolf," Alex snarled.
• "It is well within my power to decide if I want a mistress, Alex," Chris growled.
• Rosalie looked at them in shock. The two alphas seemed to be mere seconds from springing onto one another. It took the collective efforts of their betas to stop the two Alphas from ripping each other's head off. A pack war was the last thing that Rosalie wanted.
