Chapter 19
- The dinner was great as usual. She cleared the dishes, put Jacky to sleep and went back to Nick’s room to check on him. He was fast asleep, so she climbed on the bed and curled besides him hugging him tightly. He moved a little and turned to face her.
- “What is wrong honey?”
- “I don’t want to leave your side, I almost lost you.”
