Again, what could possibly be the matter with that moron that allowed him to leave earlier than everyone else? When Kent is brought up in conversation, he has a hard time accepting what I say as credible. I don't know why he has such a problem with that. How could you possibly think that I would pick him over Kent? Even just the idea of it would be enough to weigh on my conscience, and that's assuming he didn't make a mistake... But up until this point, I haven't been able to determine with absolute certainty that he is in fact Maxine's biological father. It is beyond tragic that the unborn child Maxine is carrying had to be involved due to the irresponsibility that she exhibited as a mother in this matter.
Because Maxine is the one who will give birth to her child, the unborn child will have an extremely unfortunate life. If only it had been a blessing to be born to people who were deserving of it, then that little angel could have experienced everything the world has to offer. I shut my eyes and prayed that whoever was responsible would have mercy on the soul of that sweet little angel.
