• Seconds later footsteps were heard from the other side of the door and then the door opened and Creed barged in with wide eyes and a gun ready in his hands. My eyes widened at the sight of him and tears welled up in them when I saw his gaze landing on me.
• His eyes grew wide and the gun fell from his hands. He rushed and pulled me into a hug. I sniffed back my tears and hugged him back. His arms tightened around me and he lifted me, swinging me in the air and I breathed out in contentment.
