• “Jacqueline!” Marissa seemed to notice the moment she fell down cause the old lady rushed in and asked for help at that moment. Kieran shook his head lightly and walked away, leaving them to deal with their problem. He couldn't really care much about it. The girl could live or die, it depended on her will, not his.
• Getting to the hospital ward, he opened the door and walked in, closing it noiselessly so he wouldn't wake her up from her rest. She needed it, and a lot after everything she had passed through in the past few months. Ever since she'd been at the palace, it's been a rollercoaster of things, not giving her a break at all.
• Kieran stretched his hand forward to remove a strand of hair that lay across her face and he touched her cheeks lightly, feeling her warmth. A smile appeared on his unconsciously when she stirred. He pulled his hand away immediately, knowing she would soon be awake.
