Chapter 28 Aftermath

• My eyes flew open, my body shaking, my heart beating so fast I'm frightened it might come off my chest. I was having that nightmare again. The particular one where I stood and watched a car go up in flames. There was an uproar, shouts, people running towards the car, but I couldn't make a move, I couldn't shout or do anything. Tears rolled down my cheeks. The little girl was saved and her parents died in the flames as usual. Nothing different. Till this very point, I still could not pinpoint why and how I was related 'cause I happen to not recognize anyone.
