Chapter 13 Can't Help It

• Elle sucks it up and counts the days until she can hop a plane back to sunny Manhattan. She was sure she could find some hot basketball player back at school who could take her mind off that dirtbag. And yes, the campus is crawling with six-and-a-half-foot, tanned, muscular men, so there are plenty of potential candidates.
• She slides into the front seat of her brother’s Escalade and buckles up for the ride. She usually clutches the sides of her seat when Noah takes the wheel. Judging by the amount of ice lining the streets, she hoped he’d go a little easier so she could make it to tomorrow alive and in one piece.
• And yay, chocolate. Because she needs to be even more stimulated than she is right now, courtesy of the salacious memories that continue to loop through her mind.
