Chapter 7 A Strange Place

• I frowned at his words wondering what he just called me now, before I could asked him what he meant by that, he was ushering towards the waiting car, a driver was already waiting for us with the door open, I glance around the large airport or what seems like it, I don't even think I have heard or been to this place but more ever I was glad this would be the last time I saw Anastabitch.
• "Welcome back Alpha" The driver's voice brought me back to present, I glance at Jet wondering why everyone is calling him Alpha, Alpha means leader of course I know that but I just don't know why he was being called that— unless he is their alien leader!.
• "Move Emma" The warning in his tone made me realize I had stopped moving and the driver was looking at me curiously, Kale chuckled as he walked past us to seat in the other side of the driver seat, Inhaling sharply I went into the car, he came to enter by the other side of the door and soon after we were driving smoothly across a road that has forest on either side of it, it was thick, long... Okay you dirty mind! I was talking about trees and definitely not imagining what Jet looked like down there.
• "You are all flustered, are you okay?" His voice cut into my thoughts, I wanted him to shut up so I could memorize my environment so if I have the chance to escape, I'd know the road to take, where would I find a plane or a ship? Who was I kidding? I looked away from the window.
• "That's none of your business. Where is this place?" I asked him.
• "You are one curious little girl aren't you? You'll find out all in good time" He chuckled.
• I rolled my eyes then stared back outside the window, something behind the tree caught my attention and I saw it, a wolf. I gasped before I could stop myself. "Did you see that?" Then I hear a growl that echo in the distance. "Do you here that?" All thoughts of escape flee from my mind almost as they started coming back. There was no way I want to be eaten alive by an animal.
• "Wolves are common here" He said that like it was normal.
• "You are strange" And confusing, I wanted to add but I didn't.
• Suddenly the car jerked to a stop, i frowned wondering why the driver stopped, Kale was saying something, something I couldn't make out cause I had stretch my head out of the window to have a better look at whatever that was happening, I jolted back inside terrified when I saw three large wolf standing in front of our car. I looked at Jet who looked strangely calm.
• "What do they want?" He seems a little annoyed like they were humans.
• "Making sure it wasn't an intruder, who knows what term of security Hunter came up with when we are gone. I'll talk to them" Kale said before getting out of the car.
• When Jet turned to look at me, I jolted away from him, terrified for my dear life, talk to a wolf? Why? What? How? I was panicking, with my other hand I reached for the door opened then pushed it open, Jet called out to me telling me to stop but I didn't, I didn't know if I was safe from the wolf or Jet. I just wanted to get away from them all.
• I heard a heavy breathing behind me, a loud growled I know the animals were chasing me, suddenly one jumped on me and I was knocked down on the floor, I screamed.
• "Seth, that's enough" I heard Jet chuckled, I turned around on the floor watching as the wolf backed away, actually one of them had chased after me, to my embarrassment I noticed I hadn't even run that far.
• "Where do you think you are going?" He asked as he bend down in front of me, staring down at me, I wish I could kick that smirk off his face.
• "If..." I panted. "You don't tell me who you are right now, I'm not going anywhere with you" I reported sitting up.
• "Do you realize you are sitting in the middle of the road where a car could cross by any moment from now and crush you to death?" At his words, I looked back when I heard a car horn, a car was heading towards my direction so I didn't need to be told twice before I stood up and walk off to the side of the road, the car stopped for Jet to crossed over to me before zooming away.
• "I don't want to go anywhere with you, I'm terrified. I don't know you, where I am, or why the hell you can talk to wolf. What are you? An alien? Vampire? Or or a ghost!" I cried.
• "You have a lot of questions, I promise to answer them all in good time but there is no way I'm starting a god-damned discussion with you by the road side, it's getting late meaning it's getting dangerous to be out here. I don't want to endanger your life but trust me, if I wanted you dead, you'd be dead" He replied.
• I knew he was right, even if he wasn't what choice do I have? I nodded and let him lead me back towards the car, Kale burst into a fit of laughter when he saw me approched.
• "You should have seen the way you ran off. That was hilarious" He choked out.
• I ignored him giving him the middle finger.
• "That's my girl" Her murmured behind me as he closed the car door.
• His words stir up a bubble of happiness inside me which I forcefully shoved back by reminding myself he had Kidnapped me.
• The ride to wherever place we are going feels like forever, I didn't spot a single house anywhere, just animals like wolves, fox, rabbit, squirrel, name it, I have seen it out here.
• I was dozing off slightly when Jet nudge me gently with his shoulder making me jerk awake, I stared out in the window noticing there was a huge gate in front of us, and behind it there seems to be a lot of houses there, modern houses, mansion, bungalow. *Where in the world is this?*
• "Welcome back Alpha, and you too Gemma" One of the guards greeted opening the door for Jet first then Kale. He had called Kale Gemma, what the hell does that even mean.
• "It's good to be home, the human city is such a noisy place" Kale stretch as he got out and walked away, whistling under his breathe.
• Jet nodded at the guards, I was too occupied watching the gate slide magically opened and the driver proceeded in driving us through the gate, there were women, men, children, some were even in uniform looking like they just came back from school, we drove through the town with the watchful eyes of the people around until we came upon a much larger mansion which gate looked like that of a castle, even the building itself looked like a castle from a Disney movie, there there trees, grass, so green and refreshing, everything sells of nature, air... And oh I love this place.
• "I can tell you love it already" Jet chuckled beside me as we drove through the gate.
• "Alpha Jet" A new voice called causing me to spun around and look at the guy who happens to be approaching us, he happens to be as tall as Jet who somehow still towers over him, his hair was shoulder length and he was wearing an amor like some knight or something.
• "Hunter" Jet replied.
• "This is her" It was more of a question as he stare at me up and down before bowing in front of me.
• I glance at Jet in surprise demanding an explanation for that, why did he bow that to me like I was a queen or something?
