Chapter 2

• Holding hands, we arrived at a small village immersed deep in the forest, with few houses made of wood and straw, surrounded by nature, protected by a fence made of large oak trees, one of Jacob's men recognized us, greeted us and let us pass, indicating where to find him, he was in the stables feeding a pretty mare.

"Your uncles are crazy, how are they going to marry them with that pair of unbalanced and ruthless warriors that belong to the command of the great alpha Darían, they never accepted the marriage of Harry and Yendra for the simple fact of her being from the lands of their great enemies."
• Emma with sadness and depressed voice tells him. "We understand if you don't want to get in trouble with them for us, but I am desperate, I don't know where to go, or what to do to make us safe from the evil of our uncles."
• Jacob knew that if he helped the girls run away he would be in trouble, he remembered his friend and the promise he made to her if anything happened to her, he sighed to tell her. • Ashley opened her eyes like saucers, she was nervous and scared about having to go hide in the lands of her people's enemies, she wanted to speak but the words wouldn't come out of her throat.

• "There's what a nice visitor" says Elizabeth, she laughed out loud like a venomous snake, as she stood up next to her husband to attend to the guests. "Welcome to my home alpha Nasir and alpha Erick, you would like to join us for dinner, if you would like to take a seat next to the girls."
• Erick glanced at Emma with a perverted look, he was devouring her with his sharp eyes, then he looks at Elizabeth to greet and say with a fake smile. "Mrs. Elizabeth, Mr. Carlos, we were just passing by to visit our fiancées, but we don't mean to intrude."
• "You guys never intrude." Smiled the woman with a broad smile. "For us it is an honor to have your pleasant company."
• "Please gentlemen we are delighted with your visit, my nieces are pleased by your presence, they are pleased to share with you our dinner." Carlos says with a sly half smile.
• Nasir turns his lecherous gaze Ashley, then looks at Carlos with a face of hypocrisy. "If you insist, I'd be delighted."
• Erick is a tall, thin man, with an elongated face that conveys evil, he is known to be ruthless and cunning, he uses the women in his pack at his whim, with a ridiculous mustache he sits next to Emma.
• While Nasir, is a fat man, not so tall, a drinker, tobacco smoker that shows in his teeth and with a characteristic smell of rancidity, he settled next to Ashley.
