Chapter 18 – Truce

- For a week after that party, I didn’t leave the house. All my work was done online and submitted for evaluation through email. My phone was shut off most of the time. My door stayed closed to guests. Not that I’m a social butterfly, but only close friends had personal contact with me at that point.
