• Everyone, including Bella, believed Hazel told her off after the encounter, but that wasn't the case. Hazel only said that to make the vampires trust Bella further. Deep down, she cared about her friend, and she hadn't stopped digging into the lores and myths of the vampires. She believed in Bella, but she was scared Bella would get herself killed.
• Today, she was seated in front of her laptop, doing intensive research on vampires. Beside her were a lot of history books she found in the library, and the ones she had to steal. When the internet wouldn't give her any clue about the release of the vampire king, she groaned, lying back on the bed.
