Chapter 17

• Once Desire was done removing her dress, Queen Naomi was already at the door with another. She collected it and quickly put it on. Discarded her stained dress into the washing basin and before she could start washing it, Naomi pulled her out of the room.
• “Let’s go back to my chambers. These girls would wash the dress and make sure it is dried by the time you return” Queen Naomi explained.
• Desire looked around the room for her master but she couldn’t find him. When still looking around, she met Queen Naomi’s eye and the look she gave her, made Desire ask what she wanted to ask.
