Chapter 29

• Walking down the stairs with Edwin by her side, all eyes were on them. She knew the dress fits her but she was surprised at the way people were staring at her in the hall. She bit hard on her lips and she stared into space.
• Looking at the number of people in the hall and their dresses, Jessica looked at her gown again and was happy. She was grateful to Edwin for making her the envy of many people. Although he might be perverted, he was truly a gentleman.
• Somehow her heart was becoming warm just thinking about him. If he was just those usual bosses, he would have not to mind taking her here dressed in her work clothes. It would have been so embarrassing to her.
