• “Call Desmond right now. She might be in danger.” Lucas replied his voice troubled but still maintaining composure.
• “I don’t think so, Sir.” Greg cut him respectfully. “She said she wanted to go to her art studio and I told her you ordered me not to take her there. That must have triggered her escape, Sir.”
• “Did she call anyone while she was in the car?” Lucas asked pacing back and forth his well-lighted office. His usual calm demeanour replaced with barely concealed anxiety.
