• Auden’s POV.
• It was a very close escape, a few seconds late and we’d all been blown apart by that powerful explosion happening to our plane at the moment. I clenched and unclenched my left fingers, my whole body groaning in pain due to when the plane spiraled out of control and I got thrown hard against the aeroplane strong walls, the gunshot wound on my left hand took a great hit too.
• I pulled a warm Aria more securely into my side and bent a little to inhale the soothing smell of her hair. Since she used my shampoo to shower, her hair reeked of my smell and I wasn’t complaining, I’d have just preferred if her strawberry and vanilla smell still lingered behind a little.
