• Chase smirked. "The motion to dismiss Sydney won't pass in the Special Meeting of Shareholders!"
• "Hahaha..." Marion laughed unabashedly and looked at Chase with a mocking expression. "Do you, a country bumpkin, even know how resolutions are passed? Let me educate you. In a Special Meeting of Shareholders, a resolution can be passed as long as it has more than half of the votes! Let me do the math for you.
