• Winston let out a couple of awkward laughs and said to Russell, "I apologize, Mr. Black. There was a misunderstanding earlier. Please forgive me."
• Russell scoffed. "A misunderstanding? I saw your attitude with my own eyes. Was that a misunderstanding too?"
• Winston forced a smile and said, "We often have people causing trouble here, and sometimes it's hard to keep our temper in check. I hope you can be understanding."
