• After I got back from the restaurant, I didn't spill anything to Stephen even after he asked me countless times about it over dinner. I couldn't have told him if I really wanted to since Allison was present with us too.
• My daughter was a smarty pants and she would likely put a thing or two together to figure out what she really wanted to know. I just didn't want Allison to figure out that Stephen wasn't her father. if she finds out, she'd try to do something so drastic just to find out who her real dad was.
