• The woman made a slight nod and leaned back in her chair again, thinking.
• Aurora disguised a grin because she knew her next suggestion would cause turmoil. “Second, prisons for Werewolves. I see no reason why a Werewolf should be killed because he killed a normal Human, and when a normal Human kills a Werewolf, he is arrested by the police and not killed as well. We need to find ways to make sure arrested Werewolves cannot change or escape from their prisons, perhaps with explosive collars around their necks that explode when needed. Either when the prison guards press a button, or when a security fence is breached.”
• Another man, on the right side of the auditorium, asked, “And those prisons would be controlled by whom? And how will the guards be chosen?”
