Chapter 18 – Meeting The Parents – Part 1.2

• Aella slowly nodded and went silent, thinking. Aurora and her parents were talking, but she wasn’t listening. It all made sense now. If Aniya knew the number of new Werewolves thanks to her resources, it would have made all her actions over the years understandable. She still didn’t like her because of what happened to her when the enforcers found her, but she could recognise a genius move when she saw one.
• She then cleared her throat to call for attention and said, “Aham… Well, I don’t want to say I believe in your predictions or that I agree with you or your methods, but I see your point. Tomorrow we are supposed to meet with Lisa, and I will leave my decision about whether or not to join the Werewolf Organization until after finishing this assignment we got. But I thought about something. An Alpha and Luna protect and are responsible for a Pack. What will happen if, during our mission, we end up killing them? What will happen to the Pack?”
• Aurora intertwined her fingers over the table and looked at the puzzled brunette with a serious look and explained, “The ones that want to take revenge will be dealt with, but I believe that most of them will look for a Pack to join, and the Alphas in the Organization are always looking for new members. Or, you and Aella can take them and make your Pack. If you do things right, you can get rid of the Alpha and Luna with no one knowing you were involved in that. Then you can use your Alpha Light to uphold your power over their Pack members. You should then explain what you did, because keeping secrets in a Pack is a bad idea, and you and Aella should swear to them you will both protect them. I believe that will be the best option. The other Alphas in the Organization will not approve, but if you find enough proof against the Half-Moon Pack, together with what I found about every member in the Organization, they won’t have any other option besides letting you and your Pack, in peace.”
