Chapter 41 A Trip
- [Thad’s POV]
- I keep my gaze fixed on the boss as he considers what I’ve said. Sure, I knew that attempting to pick a fight first thing in the morning wasn’t the best of ideas, but when I woke up, I chose violence instead of peace. After the hell I was going through, constantly watching my back every fucking where I was going, I needed an outlet to try to deal with the stress and frustration I was dealing with.
- “Are you suggesting that someone in upper management is screwing around with an artist?” The boss finally asks, his expression calm. “If you have a name, you should report it to HR instead of asking me about policies.”
