• After the execution was being commenced finally, everywhere was filled with silence. The moon looked bright in the sky, shining over the Greko pack as if it wanted to watch everything that was happening. The air smelled of blood. I could still hear the cries of the crowd when Alpha Berra and Remi’s heads fell before everyone. The cheers playing in my mind, but they did not bring me peace.
• I sat alone in my chamber, looking perplexed in fear and staring out of the window at the silver light of the moon. My hands would not stop trembling. My body was tired, but my thoughts were louder than sleep. I kept asking myself the same question again and again.
