• The car was started again until they reached Leandro's company. His assistant and secretary were already waiting for him. Both young women lowered their heads when they noticed Genesis Betancourt's presence. The memory of what had happened with the businessmen was still fresh in everyone's minds.
• Leandro had entered his office, followed of course by his wife, fearful of what might happen next. This seemed to be a new beginning, something she didn't know how it would end.
• "What am I supposed to do here?" Genesis collapsed on the couch. She didn't understand and didn't want to be involved in business matters, but her father didn't share the same thought.
