• Cindy took the things he had bought and entered the kitchen, but Jack insisted that he was going to be at her service throughout the day.
• She finally gave up and allowed him to cook while she went out to call Tim. The latter informed her that he had gotten a matching kidney and his surgery was slated for tuesday. Cindy was so happy and told him that she wished she could be by his side during that time.
• He said it was okay because he knew she was working very hard. He remarked that she was sounding extremely happy and that this mood of hers just made his day.
