• I poured water on my face repeatedly, as I stared at my reflection in my bathroom mirror, I signed audibly. My handsome face was not all that handsome anymore. I was beginning to have circles under my eyes from all the stress I was under, stress from work, sleepless nights from thinking about Myra all those lonely nights. I stared at my reflection for a while and shook my head and left the bathroom, wearing a robe.
• I was supposed to feel joy in my heart but an overwhelming feeling of dread overshadowed me. I was excited to finally find Myra, but I couldn't say the same about Myra knowing she rejected me back in school and she's married now, not just a wife but also a mother.
