Chapter 19 The Iron Dungeon

• The reunion was short-lived as the Alpha Pharaoh’s archers began to fire silver-tipped bolts from the fortress.
• Dragonad turned his massive head toward the fortress, his eyes glowing with thousands of years of stored rage. "They hunted you," the Dragon Lord’s voice vibrated through Fiel’s mind. "They stole your mother and tried to bury you in the dark. Today, the Underground City becomes their tomb."
• Fiel looked down at the balcony and saw Ameerah. She was being seized by the Head Guard, who was dragging her back toward the dungeons.
