Chapter 56 ~Divorce papers and G-string~

• For weeks on end Senator Madu had been visiting the hospital to drop flowers by the edge of the bed on which Nku lay. And about now he was almost giving up on Nku surviving the coma. It had been there months now and there seemed to be no improvement and any sign of life. He never expected it would linger this much and now there was this fear groaning in him, reminding him that Nku wasn’t going to make it.
• Whenever he visited, he would hold his hand and weep tirelessly looking forward to the day he would hold his hands and kiss his, killer-lips once again with his breath intact.
• “Oh Nku please my heart bleeds seeing you in this coma. What would become of me if you die? As the sea makes toward the pebbled shore, so does my end draw nigh without you. Please don’t do this to me! Breathe and open your eyes to life. I die a million times in my heart each day I wake up all alone in bed!” he wept at the tops of his lungs and knelt down in misery, and rested his head on his lean chest. He missed their bonding, and pleasures; he missed his art of cooking and his gorgeous smile. He wanted him back in his arms and he would do anything to bring it to pass.
