Chapter 19

• A low growl rumbled through his chest, and she found herself lifted up into his body. Letting go of the towel, she put her hands behind his head and accepted the assault on her mouth. His muscles were rock hard against her, but his touch was gentle. He wasn’t gentle in his kiss, a heat went through her, and he knew how to play the game too.
• Her back hit the door as he walked her backward without breaking the kiss. Amari dropped her hands to the waist of his jeans, fast and frenzied was fine with her. She preferred that to slow, emotional, feely romps. The abundance of feelings trapped inside her from being abducted needed a good purge and this man was going to do the job just fine.
• Jerking the towel out from between them, he shoved his pants down off his body and then lifted her as he stepped out of them. Her body was already shaking with need, and she chastised herself for denying it so long that she was acting like a virgin as he kissed her again. When another rumble went through his chest, she moaned in response to it.
