• I groaned as Blake picked me up as slammed my back into the table. Pain exploded down my spine, but I managed to move to the side so his punch went onto the table instead of my face.
• He swore loudly and I kicked my feet up, aiming for his stomach and pushing him away from me. I jumped up from the table and sent a sharp kick to his knee cap. His leg buckled and I dug my knee into his back, shoving him onto his knees. I wrapped my arms around his neck, holding him in place. I tightened my hold.
• “Such a bitch,” Blake grunted and he scratched at my arms.
