Chapter 18 Recognition

• Jordan’s POV
• I entered the back of the hospital just as night began to creep into the sky. There was a room there with clothes for unprepared wolves. We couldn't afford to change in front of everyone, as humans were always passing through our lands. I put on a plaid shirt and some jeans, tighter than I liked.
• As I left the room, I encountered two nurses manning the hospital reception. In the waiting room, there were only two members of my pack patiently awaiting their turn to be seen. As soon as they saw me, they nodded respectfully, and I did the same, stopping in front of the nurses.
