• Meagan went back to the guesthouse to take a nap, deciding to visit the pool later in the evening. The time was 3:00 p.m so she set the alarm she had brought along to 5:30 pm. The pool she liked would be free of other wolves and humans. It was her favorite place in the pack because of its silence and calmness if no one was around the area or in it. It was the second place she had visited after the garden filled with fire flies when she first sneaked away from home to see Hazel. The pool was a small area of still water, typically one formed naturally and it was located somewhere not far to the small house she had found Carl.
