Chapter 36 Elara's Presence

• ‎As Alyssa finished speaking, a sudden stillness fell over the main hall. Her head tilted almost imperceptibly, her eyes losing their focus as her senses stretched outwards, beyond the stone walls of the palace, beyond the familiar boundaries of their territory. A subtle shift in the air, a prickling sensation on her skin, alerted her to something amiss.
