Chapter 28

• My feet dart through the hospital lobby floor, the echoing of my footsteps and that of my men can be heard in the walls of the hospital. Everyone in the hospital ducks their heads, and Doc. Mike, alongside some doctors, rushes toward me.
• “This way, please,” he points in a direction and leads the way, then I follow behind him.
• We get to the hospital conference hall, and the three young men working on a laptop, immediately stand to their feet as they notice my presence. With the display on the screen of the laptop, I already knew they were the CCTV technicians.
