Chapter 35
- DIAN ANGELO POV
- "Argh!!!" I roared, punching at my steering wheel in rage. I'd found a spot to park after leaving Sybil and all I saw was red. The dark feeling that poisoned my veins spread, and I gripped the wheels tighter, my muscles bulging as I applied pressure. I wanted to yank the god-damned thing off. Getting air to fill my lungs was also difficult and remembering the way Zach stood in front of Sybil as if to protect her from a monster made the rage in my chest bubble to an all-time high.
- It was my fault. It was all my fucking fault. I'd put that look in her eyes, but damn it if I was just going to let her walk away from me.
