- "So have you informed your boss?" I asked, rubbing her feet which were swollen. She glared at me and continued to go through her magazine. Ever since she got pregnant, I have been nagging her to quit working or at least take maternity leave for nine months but she kept arguing with me saying it doesn't work that way.
