• Its snow-white little ears twitched, eyes pleading with me, "When will you come back? With more... coconut slices?"
• I crouched down, meeting its gaze, "Listen, little one. If you promise me two things - first, no more harming people who accidentally end up here; second, if someone is trapped, you help them get out - I will bring you snacks regularly. Not just coconut slices, but honey-roasted nuts, chocolate energy bars..."
• Its tail wagged involuntarily, trying to appear calm, "Deal!"
