Izaiah swiftly rose from his seat, flashing Aidan an apologetic smile. "Hey, Aidan, let's keep it civil, yeah? We're in a civilized society and all. No need for violence, especially not here," he said, trying to avoid a repeat of the last incident which landed him in trouble with the law.
Aidan's smirk widened. "Your place, huh? Well, soon enough, it won't be yours anymore. I've got a deal with your boss. Today, I'm just here to seal it and take over."
His words sent a ripple of reactions through the room. Izaiah was caught off guard. "Wait, what? Why hasn't my boss said anything about this?"
