Chapter 524 The Cavalry

• Emmanuel and Eve were hurrying along the path leading to West Shelter Village. They needed to find Blockhead's sister and then seek out Bugsy for revenge. Because of the drizzle the night before, the mountain path was a hard trail to trek. It was filled with holes and puddles.
• Thankfully, Emmanuel and Eve used to be in the special forces, so they could easily navigate terrain like this. Eve then checked the ground and deduced accurately, "Hey, a ton of people just went into West Shelter a while ago. Something's up."
• Emmanuel had noticed that as well. He didn't care about the fight in West Shelter, but he was worried Amy might get dragged into it, so he said, "We need to pick up the pace. Tell the WWS to speed up too."
