- As we approached Athens International Airport, one of the flight attendants spoke into the microphone that a small unforeseen event had occurred and we would not be able to land. Therefore, the plane would fly directly to Megara airport and from there we would continue our journey on a bus that would take us to our initial destination: Athens.
