Chapter 55 Obsessing Over You

• The dimly lit room reeked of alcohol, cluttered with dirty clothes and discarded snack wrappers. The table at the center of the room was filled with empty bottles of alcohol, empty cartons of pizza, numerous cards, phones, and multiple pictures of a woman.
• Jeremy sat on the sofa, silence engulfing the room except for the swirling sound of his ceiling fan.
• On the wall behind him was a framed picture of a woman, the same woman whose pictures lay on the table, all candid shots of her laughing, frowning, biting her nail while looking out of a café window. None of which was taken with her knowledge.
