Chapter 52

• The words "I'm sorry" spilled out of my mouth over and over again, as if I were saying a prayer. I hurriedly slammed the door shut and fled the room.
• My eyes were still widened. How could I not be shocked? I thought I'd find Romeo having sex with a girl, but instead I walked in on something I never could have imagined. The last thing I expected to see was a lady giving his father a blow job.
• My stomach was churning. God, I felt like I was going to be sick. There was no doubt - the woman in that room wasn't Romeo's mother. What on earth had I walked into? I couldn't make sense of it. Mr Sparks, a married man, was having an affair in his own home.
