• Alessandro's POV.
• As I finished reading the note I gritted my teeth in displeasure. I had received a few threats before, but this was more daring. They came directly to my home to attack me, tracking some of my men and leaving parts of their organs in this stupid box along with the blood-dipped note and crown. It was audacious.
• This was a bold threat, a declaration of war. I would inform my private investigator to find out who was after me. He was more efficient, discreet, and a bit trustworthy compared to the men who sold my drugs.
