I've never seen Jaziel at the branch before, but I suppose it is possible he's from the headquarters. His “king of the world” behavior earlier certainly fits the way people from Region One act. If he's really from Region One, then he's undoubtedly a big shot. Doesn't this mean I've missed the opportunity to rub shoulders with such an influential person and maybe even offended him? As Clifford thought about all that, a wave of complex emotions surged within his heart. Impossible. If he really was from the Lunar Chamber of Commerce's headquarters, why would he answer me with an 'I suppose so?' It's clear as day he's guilty, and you both fell for his lies. Moreover, the way he took off so quickly earlier just shows that he knows that even if he stays here, I won't protect him. He was scared of retaliation from the Glorious Gang, so he made a run for it.”
