• I let out a sigh, sat at the end of my bed, unable to sleep. My mind is my worst enemy and I’ve accepted to let it torment me while looking for counter measures, of course. It’s nothing you don’t already know, I’m still looking for a way to reveal the secret that may cause the next big bang.
• I stretch my hand to the opposite shoulder, squeeze slightly then gently move my shoulder backwards and forward in a slow, controlled manner to massage my arm. It hurts but only slightly. Sometimes, minor aches like these makes me remember that I survived a gunshot.
