• “Are you okay?” My body pickled under Remy’s concerned gaze. “Do you need to see a doctor or something? I can drive you.”

His friend Cash went back in to tell Tina I’d left and Remy assured me his friend would take care of her. Chances were she was banging his brains out in the bathroom or backseat somewhere as we speak.
