Chapter 48 I Won’t but Someone Will

• Abby didn't understand what Amelie's appearance had to do with Elyse's decision to help her or not. Even so, she tried her best to describe the lady's appearance. Alas, she was good at causing trouble but sucked at describing how people looked and had trouble doing so. She was so anxious that she kept pinching her legs. Suddenly she recalled that Amelie had a daughter and exclaimed, "She has a daughter who was around the age of three or four. Her name is Bria."
• "Bria?" Elyse's heart sank when she realized that it turned out to be the Amelie that she knew of. She was surprised that Amelie actually stayed there.
• "Did she bring the child back by herself, or was she with another man?" Elyse asked again.
