- Elisa and Carle turned to look at the entrance. When Carle saw Edward, he wore a smile and hummed, "Hey, Dad."
- The moment he walked in, Edward caught sight of Carle holding Elisa's hand and was relieved to see Carle in good spirits. He pretended not to see their intimate interaction and only gazed at Carle. His voice was much gentler than it used to be. "How are you feeling?" He asked in concern.
